a continuing story of trust, grace and community

  1. Well said. I have seen the Lord rescue myself and many others. Was I always clear on motivations in my instances? I’m not entirely sure. I do know that if we don’t venture out of the harbor, we can’t put our sails in the wind and trust our compass.

  2. I love you man!

  3. I look forward to following your blog. Blessings!

  4. This is one of my favorite songs to lead (I’m a worship leader). Did you know that the song was originally sung by John Mark McMullen? You should check his version out if you haven’t.

  5. Thank you so much for this post. I couldn’t agree with you more. I really needed this message today. Thank you!

    • Thank you for letting me now it was timely and meaningful. May God continually guide your steps, well in actuality He will. So may you be faithful to follow His guidance.

  6. Great insight Len. Pride undermines our ability to embrace grace.

  7. I have so been there myself Len, thanks for being so real and sharing your heart and struggles its an encouragement and a great reminder! Hugs!

  8. Oh and I forgot to say so excited for you and your church about being in your new place of worship! God is good!

  9. I love this man!!

    You look great!

  11. I am i spired by your story!

  12. Congratulations man, excellent progress.

  13. Oh wow, Len, reading this made me cry out of happiness. Your comparison picture struck me hard. I am inspired!

  14. I admit to being the first to say “Rest when you’re sick.” But in the case of your multiple Florida runs, my advise would have been so wrong! Congratulations Len! And thank you for bringing us along in your sermon last week and through your blog posts.

  15. This is so awesome Big Brother. I am so glad that God is blessing you. Francis of Assisi once said, “Preach the Gospel of Christ at all times. If Necessary, use words.” That is exactly how you live your life, and I am so thankful for the wisdom you have shared with me over the years. You have helped me in my walk with Christ in more ways than you could ever think about. Love you Len.

  16. Respect Padre.

  17. Dear Pastor Len. I truly have a new admiration for you after reading about your marathons. To see you in person, you are such a humble man.
Thank you for all of you shared insights that we should all feel akin to, really had me stopping and reelecting on what more God wants from us – to be joyful! (That’s a tough one.)
Thank you for sharing all you that have.

  18. Hi, Len! Looking forward to seeing your painting and following what you’re doing.
